
Lowell was introduced to acting by the movie Dangerously Close followed by a minor role in the Robin Williams movie Club Paradise. She played the character of Bond girl Pam Bouvier (1989) and Assistant District Attorney Jamie Ross (1996-1996). She appeared on the spinoff Law & Ordinary's Law & Order Trial by Jury in 2005, and later reprised the role on the original series in 2022.
