Amy Smart was an American model and actress. Her modeling career started in Italy which is in which she was born and raised, before being born in California. Her acting career started in the year 1996, when she appeared in the TV film Her Costly Affair. The struggle she had to get an appearance for Starship Troopers, a film which featured only minor characters, was a gruelling battle. At first, it was difficult for Amy to transition from modeling to acting. It's because the majority of models don't have the ability to act. They are typically only given small, insignificant role. Amy did her best to get noticed and eventually she was offered bigger roles beginning with The 70s, the movie Varsity Blues. Amy was then promoted to lead parts in 2005's romance film Just Friends starring Ryan Reynolds. Amy was recognized after more than ten years working.
