Harry Edward Styles or Harry Styles as he is known in the world of pop music is a British musician and singer. Harry Styles belongs to the band One Direction. In Holmes Chapel in Cheshire England Styles is the son of Des Styles & Anne Cox. Harry Styles, a former student of the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive Schools formed a group called White Eskimo together with three of his fellow students. They won the Battle of Bands in 2009 due to their impressive performances. The musician always had an interest in music, but he was enthused to be an attorney or a physical therapist. As a worker in the city's bakery Harry Styles could afford to provide for his family. Harry Styles, in 2010 made an audition for The X Factor. His song Is not She Lovely was recorded by Stevie Wonder. That's why his group split. Nicole Scherzinger told Harry Styles, Liam Payne Zayn Milik Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson that they'd be forming a group named One Direction after the X Test audition. Simon Cowell sponsored five teenagers to form the band in 2010. The band performed songs such as My Life Would Suffer Without You which was written by Kelly Clarkson, and Total Eclipse of the Heart, by Bonnie Tyler during the competition. The group was one of the contenders for the award. However, they came in third behind Rebecca Ferguson. Harry Styles, his group as well as Cowell didn't win the competition. But Cowell provided Harry Styles a 2 million pound contract to sign up with Syco.
