Laura Linney
Laura Linney, born February 5th, 1964 in New York in the U.S.A. was an American actress known for portraying tough, yet vulnerable character. Linney was raised in a theatre family, her father, Romulus Linney was a playwright. In 1986, she graduated in the class of 1986 from Brown University. She then trained in the Theatre Arts program at the Arts Theatre School Moscow before graduating from Juilliard School with a M.F.A. New York City, 1990. The year 1990 was the year she started the beginning of her Broadway career. Her work was highly acclaimed by critics for Hedda Gabrieller as well as Six Degrees of Separation.
